Fully functioning, although a bit slow due to being hosted "on the cheap" on a shared hosting server (Network Solutions). Content may be a little out of date as well. SEO is good, Lots of hits primarily from the spamers targeting the "create new user" page. Drupal CMS/CMF a good platform for sites like this, although perform much better on a dedicated server or a VPS (see the sixguns forum)
